b) When using the contact form

If you use our contact form, we collect the following data: name, email address, telephone number where provided, subject and message content.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract — and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The data is used exclusively to process your enquiry and is deleted once the matter has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
